The Chin Chin Gin
To preserve all the exotic flavours in their natural richness and freshness we use vacuum distillation. The vacuum enables a lower distilation temperature which allows us to gently extract the flavours to give our Chin Chin Gin it's unmistakably exciting and fresh character. All our production is done in a small distillery in the Burgenland.
