Negroni



Stir Chin Chin Gin, Vermouth and Campari to equal parts in an ice filled tumbler. Add a freshly cut orange zest on top and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 30 ml Chin Chin Gin
  • 30 ml Red Sweet Vermouth
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 1 Orange, segments and zest.
 

French 75



Mix Chin Chin Gin, syrup, lemon juice and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a champagne glas and top it up with champagne.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 30 ml Chin Chin Gin
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • Top with Champagne
 

Gin Basel Smash



Add basil leaves and Syrup to the base of a cocktail shaker and muddle them gently. Add Chin Chin Gin, Lemon Juice and Ice to the Shaker and shake. Pour throug a strainer and garnish with some Basil Leaves.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 50 ml Chin Chin Gin
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 8 Basil Leaves

Gin & Tonic



Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve. Garnish with thin slice of Ginger.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 50 ml Chin Chin Gin
  • 150 ml Tonic Water
  • 1 slice of Ginger

Mandarin Collins



Add Mandarin to base of cocktail shaker and muddle gently Add Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup and mix. Fill shaker with ice and shake until frosted. Add soda water to an ice filled highball glass. Strain shaker into glass and lift gently to mix. Garnish with an lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 50 ml Chin Chin Gin
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 50 ml Premium soda water
  • 3 pieces of peeled mandarinp

Chin Chin Dry Martini



Stir vermouth and CHIN CHIN Gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Olive.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 150 ml Chin Chin Gin
  • 10 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 1 slice of Ginger
